This is my second week to do BBG which stands for Bikini Body Guide…umm yes please! I have not worked out in years, besides chasing and carrying my girls around. Which has taken every bit of energy, but I am motivated to tone my middle area so that hopefully I can feel good in a bikini again! I am wearing this darling michi top OR Click here OR Click here. For my pants Click here OR Click here for the crop version. These Tennis shoes are very light weight and a must for me while doing this workout. They are very comfortable and the only ones I wear when doing BBG. So to do the program just download the sweat app and get started! Right now I do 3 days a week at home on this workout mat and I use these Jump ropes and that is it! Then 3 days a week fast walk pushing the girls in the stroller, then 1 day of rest! I’m on week 2, and I am not changing much of what I eat. However, I do mainly eat gluten free and dairy free, so hopefully I will see a change anyway. I feel like I am already seeing a little more of a tone look. But maybe I just feel better because I am working about again. Who knows…stay tuned!!
